Return/Exchange Policy & Procedure
Sorta Stuff will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Sorta Stuff's part.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.
Please follow these steps for returns/exchanges:
- Please submit your return & exchange request via Sorta Stuff's Return/Exchange Request Email
- You can also initiate a return by finding the order on Sorta Stuff's web/mobile app and click into the order details. You will see a "Return" button if the order status is delivered.
- Provide the return address to your customer and instruct them to send it back as soon as possible.
- Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Sorta Stuff's team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
- Please allow Sorta Stuff's 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
